Teddy Kriner
General ManagerAs General Manager for Bouchon Las Vegas, Teddy is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, with a focus on ensuring consistency, enhancing guest relations and fostering team development in close collaboration with Chef de Cuisine Peter Clark.
Teddy’s journey into the hospitality profession was deeply rooted in childhood memories of special occasions spent dining out with his mother. These moments ignited his desire to play a role in developing memorable experiences for others. In his early teens, he honed his skills in a variety of roles, starting as a busser and host before transitioning to a server. At the young age of 20, he furthered his career by completing a bartending program, preparing himself for the fast-paced rhythm of bartending.
Teddy’s path with Bouchon Las Vegas began in 2015 when he joined as a server. Over time, he expanded his roles, serving as a bartender, Private Dining Manager and most recently, Assistant General Manager. Now, as General Manager, Teddy looks forward to the opportunity to develop, mentor and support the teams at Bouchon, striving to make a daily impact on guests, the team and partners alike.
